Mosaic Tiles

We now offer FREE delivery to mosaic tile orders over £75 to customers in England and Wales, and orders over £100 for Scotland,Northern Ireland and UK offshore. This automatically calculates at the checkout.

Any mosaic tile orders under £75/£100 are subject to a delivery charge.

Parcel Deliveries

  • Orders below 50kg will be sent via DPD or through the post via Royal Mail. Orders over 50kg will be via pallet delivery - see below.
  • Orders will be dispatched and delivered within 3-5 working days of receipt of order, unless upgraded to next day.
  • We do endeavour to send out deliveries next working day, providing we receive an order before 12pm.  This is subject to our courier, and any external factors out of our control, that could affect this.
  • Parcels are sent on a leave safe service, therefore a signature is not required as they can be left with a neighbour or left in a safe place at your property.
  • Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch email and at this point the order is unable to be changed, so please ensure that delivery dates, addresses and items are correct prior to dispatch.
  • Sample orders are subject to a delivery charge of £4.95
  • Deliveries overseas are charged based on weight and location, if you do not see your country available please contact us for a price as we are more than happy to ship internationally!

 

Pallet Deliveries

  • Orders will be dispatched and delivered within 3-5 working days of receipt of order.
  • Pallet deliveries will arrive by a third party courier on a pallet and will be delivered to the nearest accessible location.
  • Please inform us if your property has restricted access, steps or lifts at the time of ordering via the delivery restrictions comments box as this may incur an additional charge.
  • Take additional care when lifting heavy boxes.
  • Pallet orders require a signature upon delivery.
  • You will be contacted by phone by the pallet delivery company to book the delivery in.  PLEASE answer this as your delivery wil not be dispatched until this is booked on their system.
  • Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a dispatch email and at this point the order is unable to be changed, so please ensure that delivery dates, addresses and items are correct prior to dispatch.

Porcelain Tiles and 20x20 Tiles

We now offer FREE delivery on all tile orders over £200 to to customers in England and Wales, and orders over £250 for Scotland,Northern Ireland and UK offshore. This automatically calculates at the checkout.

Due to the weight and size of this product, we must charge a fee for delivery on all orders less than £200.  This automatically calculates at the checkout.

  • Orders will be dispatched and delivered within 3-5 working days of receipt of order.
  • Pallet deliveries will arrive by a third party courier on a pallet and will be delivered to the nearest accessible location.

  • The majority of our porcelain tile orders are delivered on a wooden pallet by a national pallet network.
  • The delivery vehicle is normally a lorry - please advise if there are any local access issues.
  • Two or more pallets may be used for larger orders.
  • All deliveries are kerbside only, which means that due to insurance issues, we cannot deliver the pallets to any other location in, or around the rear of your house, other than the front of the property. 
  • It is up to the driver to decide the nearest accessible point to your property.
  • The driver is unable to open the pallet, physically handle the tiles or enter your property.
  • Please remember that tiles are heavy and some boxes may weigh up to 30 kg.
  • We recommend arranging for adequate help to immediately move your order into your property upon delivery.

HoM cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery outside of their control, so please do not book a tiler until you have confirmed tracking information.
